Tell us about yourself:

I have been in the world of coffee for 8 years now despite my young age, I have a coffee shop in Italy, 'URBAN CAFE,' and thanks to my friends at the roasting company BUGAN COFFEE LAB, I have been competing in the barista category for 3 years.

I was inspired to compete by Daniele Ricci, my coach who is first and foremost one of my best friends and a source of inspiration.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

Getting to know Korean traditions better

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Big fan of basketball but especially of good food

Absolutely yes, all my TEAM, the TEAM BUGAN, Maurizio VALLI, DANIELE RICCI, and ANDREA VILLA, my family that has supported me for years and the whole SCA Italy chapter.
