Tell us about yourself:

I'm barista since 9 years and on the world stage for the second time in Barista! I run Polygone that is a barista school and a coffee catering service in Paris, France.

This is my 4th year competing in Barista, I also won 2017 Aeropress championship which took me to Seoul!

I actually started as a pastry chef!

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I'll try to surf if I don't drink coffee.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I like food in general, I'm passionate about surf and nature. I know it sounds common but it's directly linked to what I want to showcase on stage.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?

My French team, Sébastien, Didier, Jonathan, Paul, Ivan for their help but also the friends that took time to be part of this adventure. My girlfriend, Clémentine, for her strong support, and also BWT and VICTORIA ARDUINO for their financial support!
