Tell us about yourself:

I run a coffee roastery called Fiftybeans. I have been in the specialty coffee business since 2012, and coffee competitions drive me forward. A fun fact is that I had never been to a barista course. All I know about coffee I learned from the internet and books. Specialty coffee connects delicious products and modern technology and that brought me into the business.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I've never been to Korea so I have to see and taste everything :)

What are your interests outside of coffee?

CrossFit and modern technology.
