Tell us about yourself:

I am working as Head of quality at Wise Cup Coffee Roasters in Athens. It is my 2nd time competing in WBC. I got into coffee business because I like communicating with people daily and I love working using my hands. I love playing backgamon on my free time and drinking coffee.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I am excited to see the culture of the city and do as many visits in coffee shops as i can.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Anything that has to do with taste. I love food and wine.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?

The Wise Cup Coffee Roasters team that helped me to fulfill one of my dreams and the team of Ninety Plus in Panama that they trusted with me their unique coffee.
